Returns
At Raj Gems Jaipur, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we request you to reach out to our customer support within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Repack the item securely using the original packaging.

Include the original invoice or order confirmation.

Send the parcel back to us through a trusted courier service.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
⚠️ Please note: Customized orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
📦 For all returns and exchanges, it is mandatory to record a video while receiving the package from the delivery agent and unboxing it.
