Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

Making a purchase from Gems World Store indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

We are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and satisfactory! Please read the terms below before placing your order.

We offer easy returns and exchanges if the product doesn’t meet your expectations. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via call or WhatsApp at +91 8955751647 within 5 days of delivery. Once the product is received and verified at our warehouse, we will process a replacement, refund, or store credit—as per your preference.

Note: Refunds are only applicable on the product amount. Additional charges such as shipping, COD fees, gift wrap charges, or customs duties are non-refundable.

Please be aware that the product images are captured under studio lighting, and slight variations in color may occur under normal lighting conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

We typically dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and we will inform you of any delays in advance.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us at peeyushjaipur20@gmail.com.

If the cancellation is made before dispatch, a full refund (for prepaid orders) will be issued via the original mode of payment.

If the order is already dispatched, we will refund the amount minus the shipping charges (both forward and return shipping) once the product is received back.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept the decision of Gems World Store regarding order cancellations and refunds.

Refunds for Damaged or Wrong Products

Taxes & Duties

  • For deliveries within India, all prices listed on the website are inclusive of taxes and duties.

  • For international deliveries, any customs duties or local taxes must be paid directly by the customer to the shipping partner upon delivery. These charges depend on your country’s import policies.
